...When things get scary, its also one of the biggest opportunities for those who have cash waiting on the sidelines. I personally think 2023 is going to be a BIG OPPORTUNITY year for property investors who take their time and do the right due diligence before they buy.
Making money in a rising market is easy for anyone. Making money when its not is where the skills you have as a properyt investor need to pay off.
