I found flax seeds too oily as they caused gallbladder pain.Even after removal of gallbladder Iā€™d still have pain in that area,perhaps pancreatic pain.

I eat all of them except apricot. We also give seeds to our dogs. They are fed a completely raw diet. Seeds are included šŸ’Æ
