In fact, watching Wirtual (came across him on YouTube one day) convinced me I had to play this game. I don’t have a gaming computer (nor the resources to purchase one), but I do happen to have a Wii-U kicking around. In 2010, Nadeo released Trackmania for the Wii. I subsequently found a copy online. I can’t, of course, use the online parts of the game, so some stuff is forever locked. But, I’ve been playing for a few months now, and loving it! Thanks Wirtual!

I tried the game a couple of times and I realized you need to be somewhat good at it to enjoy it. And getting to that level of skill requires too much time I don't have

Came from FPS games and it’s a relaxing, but still a try hard game if you want to make it. Spent a few hours the other day on the campaign trying to get top 10 in my state. Definitely a chill game but can learn a lot more and increase your skill level the more you practice.

I did play, was getting a few ATs. but honestly the better i got the more I got annoyed with all the silly tricks you need to win, ice wiggles, tyre crossover width. its insane. Also the wood physics and snow car just finished me.

Only having access to the first 10 campaign maps as a free player when I previously at least had 25, and the fact that there's only club tier subscriptions now, not even one that lets me play track of the day and old campaigns like there used to be

I randomly came across your channel and started watching it and the more the watched the more I got to know that there are many techniques to learn and some are hard too but watching you play maps is kinda relaxing

My dad showed it to me when I was a kid and a few years later I discovered you and started playing the game before the TM 2020 release. Now I have 3 years of club access and kinda grinding.

I don't play or like video games at all, I don't even watch streamers. I only watch Wirtual on YouTube to help me get to sleep. Love it.

I used to play og TM as a kid, a little bit of TMNF too but had not realized tm was still a thing until Wirtual rolls around, high production long format videos about this or that WR is what got me as a viewer

I recently commited to playing and learning the game. But watched TM vids for years now. After an ungodly grind the winter 25 AT has fallen. Its been a long time since I had so much fulfillment out of a game ;)

I feel like it is hard to have fun, when you go against the clock, but you can't get close to the top guys. At that point why shouldn't I play something else. Watching TM doesn't have the same issues, and I love your vids, especially those that cover a world record story.

I played Trackmania DS many years ago, it was fun but that's about it. TM today seems like quite the grind, rather than a casual experience, and I'm already invested enough in other games like Celeste. It's not the only game where I just watch the strong players do cool things I couldn't do, and I'm ok with that!

Never played, never had interest. I do things like iRacing and Assetto Corsa. But your videos are always super relaxing and enjoyable.

I find it too difficult to get into, also my fingers cramp up for the tight inputs that are required

I played it once when I was a child, but my parents being restrictive kept me from exploring games, so I kept playing the few ones I got as presents for christmas' or birthdays.

Hilarious enough, I like to watch your videos before bed. These days i just use iRacing instead. Once you spend thousands of hours in sims its almost impossible to come back to arcade stuff. But I do still load up TM every now and again for some fun.

I'm already in two competitive game circles, one, in a serious competitive position, the other a more organized pvp hierarchy, I just don't really have the time to seriously get into another competitive game. If I had time, I would definitely get more into it

I like to come in and play the campaign whenever they drop and see how far I can get before I stop being able to get authors relatively easily (usually happens around map 15-20). Otherwise yeah I don’t play myself, there’s just other things I’d rather spend my time on than playing the same map over and over again in the hopes of improving a couple hundredths of a second

I used to, but after a couple hundred hours I got burnt out from it. Once you start aiming for author medals and good cotd results, the difficulty hits you like a truck. I couldn't stand being terrible and I didn't have the patience to get good

Do you play Trackmania? Leave a comment below explaining why if it's no.
