Well, there's no Harbinger in Scara's spot for sure, we know that the seat is vacant, but that is not to say that they're not trying to create/find another "Scaramouche", because after all he's still an integral part of Commedia dell'arte 🤔 though interestingly enough I read the character was later removed from the play so maybe the seat is meant to remain empty, but the other seats will shift. Signora's, especially, could be reassigned. Besides, the harbingers shown are not the only characters of Commedia dell'arte, just some of the well known one

It makes sense. Given Lyneys' actions in 4.0, he's clearly not excited to be part of the Fatui. It seems like he's wrestling with it as a way of paying back his savior, but he's clearly conflicted. So no blep.

I thin that puppet thing is just a logo for the Balladeer spot in the harbinger (which is unfilled currently because of Wanderer shananigans). Yes, I know it is also Wanderers constellation. But I think the logo and his constellation are two separate things, and they look different too (Wanderer constellation have a chess piece inshape of a heart, while the balladeer symbol doesn't). Hence why Irminsul didn't affect it. It's similar to how all of Rukkhas records were erased except from that one seat engraved on GoF's garden during the part 2 Jeht quest. (Because the engrave has an entirely different name but it still refers to Rukkhadevata) Also Wanderers constellation is Peregrinus . The balladeer logo probably have a different name. Hence again, they are two different things.
