I love all of them for different reasons. The Christmas Invasion because it was the first Doctor Who Christmas special, and it was the first full episode for the Tenth Doctor. The Runaway Bride because it introduced Donna, and the spider creature looked amazing. Voyage Of The Damned because seeing the Titanic as a spaceship was cool and David Tennant's monologue to the passengers was awesome. Finally, The End Of Time, including both parts, was not only a great send-off to David Tennant's original tenure as the Doctor, but it also marked the end of an entire era for the franchise.

Regeneration of 10, (yes i know that's the new year's episode but still) both of the episodes is emotional as it's the final 2 part episode of a well beloved Doctor since the Tom Baker era. Seeing John Simm return as the Master, James Bond actor Timothy Dalton playing Rassilon and seeing the Noble Family being part of it especially good ol Bernard Cribbins (RIP) being the companion for that journey is heartwarming. Just can't beat that special episodes when it brings tears in the fans eyes throughout both episodes.

Christmas Invasion easily. Having the Doctor asleep most of the episode provides a really nice building tension. In addition to Rose (and the audience) really missing the 9th Doctor. Only to have the 10th Doctor wake up and absolutely steal the episode with his electric performance. And I always love the episode ending with him choosing his iconic suit and coat.

I know he's not conscious for most of it but it has to be The Christmas Invasion for me! It just feels the most christmassy and it's one I've rewatched most years recently while there hasn't been a doctor who christmas special! But I love the dynamics between the tenth doctor and donna in The Runaway Bride, and david tennant was brilliant in Voyage of the Damned! The Next Doctor showed such a fun dynamics between david tennant and david morrissey! His last two specials The End of Time parts 1 and 2 showcased how incredible his emotional performances are! 😊🎄

Voyaged of the Dammed will always be my favorite Christmas special. It might be cheesy in places and the villain is very generic but it's always been the ultimate special for me. The performances are great, the setting is well realized and the special effects still hold up. I'm not surprised Voyaged of the Dammed got the highest viewership in Doctor Who.

Controversial, end of time part 1 is so bad. The master’s resurrection was excruciating and most of the story was a mess. Only good things about it were the doctor and wilf just being awesome together and they did have some great scenes.

Christmas Invasion is wonderful. The Big Red Button the can never be pressed. A sword fight. References to Douglas Adams. Psychotic Christmas Trees. And the 6 little words that end the prime minister’s career. She really shouldn’t have called in Torchwood when the Sycorax were leaving.
