Q: If defense is allowed to get a copy, isnt the public entitled to see it as well? Or atleast entitled to ASK for a copy of transcript- under Florida sunshine laws? (Just like rest of the discovery we are able to FOIA & get access to???) OR... are there different rules for public getting access to transcript like this bc it was decided to be a "sealed" meeting? Or is fact it has now been UNSEALED, in a practical sense, now mean we can ALSO ask for a transcript copy w/ FOIA? -especially bc thy can redact whatever sensitive/personal info they didn't want public to know or have, etc? (I'm just wondering why TF it was held under seal in the FIRST PLACE– was it for benefit of Son, or defendant???) Bc we STILL don't know "why?"... OR what they were trying to keep out of public domain; at the time, I assumed it was related to trial strategy... but does rationale behind it even matter?!?! Will info & transcript still stay out of public hands bc unsealed for limited purposes??? @aalegalfocus @mentourlawyer
