Lots of questions about me still being on the carnivore diet, so I figure I would answer them all at once. Monday I started back on the CD. Me the person cannot just eat meat indefinitely, I need variety. So I take breaks from the CD from time to time and eat what I want but in much smaller amounts. I don't eat a lot of sweets but a PayDay candy bar is my cryptonite. I'll buy one king six and cut it into six pieces, toss it in the freezer and have a piece when I get a craving. That one candy bar lasts up to two weeks. If I want a sandwich I only eat half a sandwich on 15 grain bread with extra protein. I eat whatever I want just in smaller portions and I'm maintaining my weight. But a month or so in, my body tells me I need a reboot and I do the CD for another onth or two. This is working for me personally, but may not work for everyone. I let my body tell me what to do.
Nutrion Facts, I've had some request to read all of them past the protein (vitamins, minerals, etc.), what do the People think about this?
One last thing, it you ever want to see me eat that damn flip flop when I reach 1M subscribers, I need to get past 895k first. For the past year I go up 25 subs, thhen back down 25 subs, etc and cannot figure out what is wrong and how to get past 895k. Please share with your friends, family, enemies, etc. and ask them to subscribe...........I'm craving a flip flop!
