Do you have any tips for how to decide if one should go into engineering management or not? How does a SWE decide if that’s a good choice for them? A related topic is what a tech lead is and how they differ from an EM.

Hello Utsav. Thank you so much for all your videos. I am a Computer Science student and currently applying for entry level SDE roles. I have good knowledge of DSA and I am currently solving leetcode problems. Apart from this is there any other technology or skill that I need to improve to get a job? Due to current recession, there is much more competition than before, so how can I stand out among the applicants once the recession is done?

Hi, I am a (jr-mid) frontend dev working at a US tech corporation. I was recently assigned to a new project that uses deprecated technology (angularJS) I have accepted to join the team, just because in 6 months there's a plan to migrate to react. My question is would you accept such a project (old theology), if I would have waited few more weeks probably I would get the chance to join a project with newer theology.

If you have any questions you’d like me to answer, please post them here! I may not be able to pick all of them but I’ll pick the relevant ones + combine similar questions and answer them in the upcoming video!
Thanks, and Cheers!
