Great analogy and absolutely correct. It was engaging with my uncomfortable moments that I learnt the most regarding the biggest crumble (my tower moment I guess) of my life. Meds masked my ability to learn, to see and grow. I outgrew that shell and have a new one for now. One of my proudest moments .

being uncomfortable isn’t always a bad thing because in the future you can look back and say “heyyy I went through that and learned something in the process”
