Soooo - Today I officially start my journey of becoming a better, healthier ME!! For those of you that have been with me for a while KNOW that I have been struggling with weight issues.
I've had breast cancer, and back/spinal surgery (this is what did me in)- restricting me to doing things and exercising the way I used to. To top that off due to my breast cancer and having the HER2+ gene I also had a hysterectomy at age 40- which of course led to the dreaded menopause 😕
I can't stress to you enough how important self-breast checks are!! KNOW your body and when something is not right, get it checked!! Because I was ONLY 27 when I was diagnosed, and before it was even known women of my age could get breast cancer, I was turned away from a few doctors, saying "You're too young". I KNEW something wasn't right though and kept at it till I found the doctor who took me in. God truly works in mysterious ways!!!
I'm good though, I am healthy for the most part, but need help to get back to "ME"!!
In comes Bravenly 🙂 After a lot of research and finding a well-balanced company that is not JUST weight loss and shakes, but products that will allow me to restart, reboot, and rebalance my whole system!!

I downloaded an app on my phone called MeThreeSixty and here are my measurements:
Body Fat: 40.9%
Stomach: 43.0 inches
Waist: 37.2 inches
Hip: 48.0 Inches
I just weighed in at 181.8 Ibs.
5'5" in height
😭 This is NOT good and I'm teetering obese 😭

After all 50 is the new 30, right 😛 YES- in 2 short years I will be the BIG 50!!! I plan to act and look like I'm 30 when I celebrate it!!!
