Towards a Simple Life

“We need to examine all the ways we use our time: our work, our ambitions, our affiliations, and the habits that drive our actions. As we make such a study, we will be able to better understand what we should really be spending our time doing.” - William R. Bradford

I’m still deep diving into my time-use patterns. I am beginning to see relationships between how I spend my time and my health, my mental state, my peace of mind, and - most importantly- my ability to hear God’s guidance. When my mind is too occupied with “happenings,” I don’t have cognitive space to receive answers and ideas.

Have you ever studied how you’re spending your time? Or is it something you haven’t thought of before?
