I truly appreciate all your kind comments in my last video about Mental Health.
I feel for the those of you struggling with similar issues.
I am grateful for those of you sharing tips, advice and different experiences.
Many of you recommended me to try the program of SADHGURU or to visit his Ashram.
I did visit his ashram in 2018 and I did the inner engineering program at Isha yoga Center in Coimbatore. Personally I didn’t feel a connection.
Also in 2018 I did an Ayahuasca retreat in Ecuador. I ended up spending 2 months in the Andes Mountains, spending time with Shamans and reconnecting with the soul of this powerful land.
I did the 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Yogyakarta, Indonesia…
I spent 3-days in darkness inside a earth dome in Koh Phangan.
A breathwork retreat in Goa…
A Tantra retreat in Thiruvannamalai…
A 2-week juice fasting…
I studied 100’s of books, online courses..
And a lot of others spiritual and transformational experiences that have truly improved my life, made me GROW and opened my HEART in a profound way.
Obviously I am on a PATH.
A path we call LIFE.
And the things I DON’T KNOW are far greater than the one I know.
But there is one thing that I know for sure about my life.
the SUFFERING is what made this path interesting, adventurous, mystical.
The PAIN is what keeps me looking for answers.
The EPTINESS is what keeps me exploring.
Paradoxically, The things that I want to remove in my life, are the very things that keep me ALIVE.
Sometimes I feel like I’m playing “hide and seek” with GOD.
It feels so real when you play it, but at end of the day is just a game. :)
Anyway, thank you for being here. For reading this and for watching my videos.
