Stewart Hicks

Just a heads up that I'm starting to post videos on Nebula with content that doesn't make it into my main videos. There's an extended 10 minute cut of an interview on the Nakagin Capsule Tower. It's super interesting and goes into some stuff the main video just couldn't cover. By far the best way to watch these videos is to sign up for the Nebula/Curiositystream bundle for only $11.59 per YEAR! You're getting so much content for less than a dollar per month. I already have a Nebula subscription, and now I'll be watching even more there. Delighted to see you there, Stewart 👍

I have a love hate relationship with edutainment - but that's not my problem with signing up. My SS checks barely cover my monthly expenses, if at all. Even if I had 5 or 10 extra bucks a month, I'm not sure I could spare it. But creators like you, specifically, are why I would if I could. Thanks.

@memkart

Growing up in Chicago, we likened these 2 buildings to manmade objects, either a stack of pancakes or LPs (as in albums).

I think this NYT article is on point for a vid. Chicago had its own 5+1 glut and backlash decades ago. The units were horrible. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/01/20/realestate/housing-developments-city-architecture.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare
