GET PERSPECTIVE. one of my favorite ways to see my song in a new light is to render out all of the individual tracks so all that's left is audio files, and bring those to a blank project. no plug ins, no synths, no moving visualizers - just me and some .wav files. I never fail to learn something new about my track after looking at all my sounds at a high level.
