Hello everybody. A few of you reached out asking if I am okay. The short answer is yes but the long answer is that I wasn’t. I have four autoimmune disorders. My doctor refused to keep me on a medication that was helping me and I had a flare up and infection so painful I almost went to the emergency room. I am back on the medication and am taking time to mend. It seemed everything took a nosedive all at once. When one of your four bodies (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) is out of alignment then the rest soon follow suit. I will be back very soon as today was like a breath of fresh air for the first time. Hopefully my wound heals quickly. I would like to thank those of you that reached out and asked if I was doing alright. I don’t think you realize how much that helped me. Until we speak again: I am sending you so much love now and always. 💚
