I think training philosophy is the most important because ultimately every person will need to adjust their routine according to how each one responds and progresses.

(Edit: Training philosophy and quick tips both kinda fit in this category) Training philosophy videos are my favorite to listen to while I work, because they're digestible and they feel good. Technique videos are the dirty work, because they get less views, take more effort to produce, and take more effort to meaningfully consume, but the people who put them out are saints.

Do you push your hips back while squat? Are we supposed to do this?

Uhhhh dude, where is all the above? My favorite fitness vids are bodyweight vids. And then I like vids about bodyweight exercises. And then I like training protocols for bodyweight exercises for strength. The one thing that made CrossFit so popular were all the varying training protocols. Let's face it, there is only so much you can do with a push up but then when you vary the exercise and the protocol that you're following, voila, a whole new gig! Convict Conditioning is nothing but sets and reps, but they vary the intensity of the exercise to move your fitness forward.

I feel your enthusiastic investment through your videos. To spread them to more viewers, I would love to repost your whole channel, without changing anything, on the nice platform called Ganjing World. If you agree with that, please let me know.
