Cakes with Lorelie

Slowly getting some baking mojo back. Been wanting to try this one from Bon Apetit magazine. It's flourless for those who are gluten free. Its loaded with finely chopped pecans and a delicious coffee and cinnamon chocolate ganache! I'm freezing the remaining cake and will use it as one of the desserts for Thanksgiving day. This cake gets better with age ( so they say) but it was soooo good while still a little warm from the oven. Video coming in shorts form probvably tomorrow!
