While I'm Indigenous and a member of the Indigenous Journalists Association, I'm old and a disabled Native combat veteran, so I look forward to seeing this go to young people who are deserving and ready to start their careers off right. Blessings to you all.

I am not Indigenous, although my family said we had Blackfoot in our lineage. I'm older but love to write and NEED a job. I've been VERY interested in the Indigenous culture since I was young, in NYC. I now live in Ontario, have taken a course in Mohawk College called 'Impacts of the TRC' and am interested. I'm also sharing this with a friend I know from that course. Thank you. 🧡🧡

Hiring based on race, religion and ethnic origin is a human rights violation. You really do need a journalist in human rights.
