EDIT: We found it! And it was rain, not the police.
The next video is in jeopardy. I need your help. Please find the interview where Mustaine tells how he wrote Train of Consequences riff. It went something like: he got fined by the police, and when he got to the studio he grabbed guitar and angrily chugged. Can’t find it anywhere. “Making of Youthanasia” and “Behind the music” don’t have that. But the video I’m planning would be so incomplete without that bit.

I saw that video. He said it was pouring rain and he came to rehearsal completely drenched in rain and in frustration he created that riff.
