@7woundsfist

I made the mistake of running a horror Christmas one-shot last year, and everyone loved it. We start our Halloween game this week.

I’m doing a monster of the week style campaign, so it’s super easy, barely an inconvenience. I’m just throwing some Grimhollow monsters at them all month.

I'd love to, but this year just isn't good for me.

I'd love to run one but I've got a new baby and I think their giggles would undercut the spookiness a bit.

@MikChaos

Well my Drakkenhiem campaign are currently encountering a Striga and Belfray's. But one of my Netherdeep players is going to run a Halloween one shot so I get to be a player for a change.

It wasn't an option, but I'll be playing my first game of D&D this Saturday as a PC. On the 27th, I will be running the Carnival of Madness Call of Cthulhu One-Shot horror with a bunch of strangers. There is no ttrpg community in my town, so ive arranged things with the local board game shop and spread the word. I've set this all up in my town so that ttrpg fans can get together and our first game is Saturday! I can only hope this can become an every year sort of thing!
