FYI, behind the scenes I'm in the works with AMD to get the Ryzen 9000 CPU samples in. They're doing some internal discussions (bla-bla-bla).... But fingers crossed we can get the Ryzen 9000 properly covered! HIT the LIKE button to show AMD that you want the reviews! 👇

@miguelllkk

@mikexirou

Very curious to see how it fairs compared to 285k in After Effects and other productivity apps. Thanks for your work!

Absolutely - I want to do a new build, and it looks like Intel has completely fumbled their new release, and the 14th gen is power-hungry and untrustworthy. AMD has just blown Intel away in gaming with the 9800X3D. Lets see what they can do with a 16-core 9950 on the crearivity side!!

@trizy7078

Yes please! I look forward to that comparison. I need to build a rig for photo and video editing (no gaming at all) with a budget of around 6000€ and I'd like to get the best performance possible.

@TheAjrash

Would love to see you test out AMD before I pull the trigger for my next build!

@FilmMonger

After these great gains on the 9800X3D over the 9700X, especially in productivity apps, I'm really excited to see what the 9950X3D and 9900X3D can do for creative/productivity apps! If the trend holds, they can be the new kings of Creative Cloud.

@JBrinx18

I wouldn't bother. Wait for X3D, they actually have better performance than the standard for productivity

@egoist_pro

Please update all cpu and gpu benchmark for creators

@joeymaxxakaslo

I hear 9000 series did not bring much for gamers but the performance boost for creators is quite huge... Can't wait for you to get cracking with them. Especially the R7

@rudolfchristian813

Probably, the perform is not good enough for Productivity like video editing. Maybe thats why they a little bit hesitate to give you sample. Not gonna beat Intel Ultra or probably 14700k 14900k. But, if my opinion wrong, this cpu will be the next upgrade path for AM5 user. Especially productivity user.

For someone at medium budget... It would be interesting comparison of 7700X, and 9800x3d, 64gb cl30 ram, and a 4070, at dual 27"inch 1440p 165-185hz monitor's. Depending where person live it can be from 300-400€. Use case, casual 3d modeling, and AAA sandbox multiplayer games.

I'm a poor creator. I'd stick with the 13600K for now😬

@AbyssalSoda

I just got a refund for my 13900K after it progressively began to degrade and crash even with optimal settings. Looking for some kind of alternative for my animation projects

@witcnshum

Request- processor affinity change in windows for benchmarks e.g. force all cores etc and Linux “-j cores” force all cores and frequency in Linux otherwise benchmarks program dependent core choices and benchmarks would be inaccurate
