I'd like more specific working examples of HOW to increase activity. E.g. on one hand consistency seems to be important but on the other hand if you can walk to the shops and back only once a week and need to rest after, is that a better approach than consistency? Or do both play a part?

Did you lose your voice with CFS? I lose mines all the time especially when I talk on the phone more than 30 minutes. Or when I have family or friends gathering. Thanks
