If I’m not mistaken, the director had said Godzilla would normally kill Mechagodzilla without a problem if he hadn’t gone a round with Kong. Even if that wasn’t the case, Ghidorah is definitely stronger so would obviously survive longer then Mechagodzilla before being wiped away by Godzilla.
