Thank you for this information, Wendy. I did not know this! I have a BIG prayer request. Our landlord is selling our house and we have until the end of the lease (Oct 31st) to move. I have been unsuccessful in finding a new home. All that is available is very far outside of my budget. Prayer is if the landlord will change their mind and let us stay until June 1st, when school gets out. OR if we can find something else safe that takes dogs and is comprable to what we are paying now. My anxiety is through the roof. Tks, prayer warriors.

Thank you for sharing, I pray for the mental health people who need help, for the homeless Americans that need a roof over their heads, I pray for those who are hungry and hurting who just need a plate of food and a hug, I pray for my children that, God hold them in his beautiful arms and may they always be in his Glory. A little pray for myself that same day I won't need my wheelchair and if I could have a day without pain... Amen 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My mom passed away 8 days ago. I am sitting in her home and prepping for the funeral as well as helping my father come to terms with her unexpected passing. My prayers go to you on this birthday. My mom’s birthday is Oct 6 and I know it will be a hard day for myself as well.

I've never heard of Mary's birthday. Thank you for sharing that information. I'm asking y'all to please pray for my mom and us. (my hubby and I) She was in a bad car wreck last week and has 4 broken ribs. We'll be traveling back and forth to help take care of her. I'm the one who posted last week about losing our daughter to suicide. I just want to thank each and every one of you who prayed for my family and I. Our girls' Celebration of Life is going to be September 20th. We are doing okay most days, and someday, it's moment by moment. We know she is healed, and with our Heavenly Father and with the daughter, she lost three years ago, her name was Rose. Rose only lived 22 minutes, but my husband was able to baptize her before she passed. We know we will see our precious girls again. Thank you again, everyone.

I rarely ask people to pray for me. It's usually for family members. I left my job 3 years ago due to how I was treated for not getting something(if you know what I mean). It was the best decision I ever made. I stood up for myself for the first time. I have been able to help so many family members who needed me. So I am in need of a job. We have been living on my husband's income and borrowed money. I developed PTSD from how I was treated at my last job. It's made me paranoid about trying to find something. I am asking for guidance in where I need to be. I know the Lord has a place for me. Thank you for the prayers. ❤

Today we celebrate the birthday of our sweet Virgin Mary. 🙏 🎂
My own mom had a very close and intimate relationship with Our Lady so when I think of one, I can’t help but think of the other.
It’s hard to imagine that it will be 2 years in January since my mom left this earth, but in her physical absence, it seems Mama Mary has stepped in to help with the healing process.
As is with all of the mysteries of Christ, it’s hard to explain why my heart feels even closer to Jesus as I grow closer to His mother, and, as an unexpected by-product, closer to my mom and the Kingdom of Heaven, as a whole.
Being a mother, myself, gives yet another perspective of the heart of Mary, and the immense love she had for her son and the unimaginable pain she felt as the sword pierced her humble heart.
If you have an adult son, you can probably relate even more so.
May is the month that we traditionally celebrate mommies but I don’t think we can ever “over celebrate” or “over pray” for them!
Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mama Mary, and thank you for being such a Grace-filled role model and shining Light in our lives and most importantly, for your “Yes!” to God in giving birth to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 🙏🙏🙏
