Beatrice from umineko is up there as the best written female characters, from nasuverse well i really like castoria after LB 6.

In nasu verse it shiki she is one the best written female in all of fiction In anime without including manga/ln it's thought to say but probably gintoki,araragi if you wanna go bit more deeper probably hikigaya hachiman
