Steve Ramsey - Woodworking for Mere Mortals

This is just a quick reminder that you can build stuff anywhere. This was my apartment in San Francisco. I used to build furniture by running an extension cord from my kitchen to the roof. I used mostly a jigsaw and a circular saw to cut wood and a drill to assemble it. I built only from solid boards, because there was no way I could get a sheet of plywood up there. But it was so satisfying to make things for the apartment. I made a coffee table, a DVD cabinet, a kitchen pantry, and lots of small things.
