From a still image, it’s really really difficult. I’m gonna say that the right/second image is the iPhone, as they tend to have “better” (automatically boosting the shadows) dynamic range and the shadows in your hand aren’t as dramatic as the first picture which is probably closer to what a non-phone camera sensor would capture.

the fact that no one "knows" and we're all just making educated guesses blows my mind! i'm guessing #2 is iphone!? (bokeh looks more "camera-y" on the first but what do i know)

I think phone photos look great on small screens and only fall when on a bigger monitor or tv

I'd say the iphone is the second image. The white balance seems a little warm. The t-shirt is not white white

I'm gonna go left for iPhone. The iPhone is too sharp, and the C70 can be soft.

Even with iPhone 13 (edited nicely), some people on my Facebook has hard time to accept the fact that it's taken using iPhone 13

To be honest viewing this post on my 12mini I can't distinguish the two images at all.

1st photo is iPhone 15, 2nd is the C70? I’ve always liked the skin tones out of Canon (after color correction) regardless of what Canon body was used. I can’t really explain how or why or if there really is a things such as a Canon skin tones. (Maybe @Tyler can explain or refute that notion.)

For my latest video, I matched the iPhone 15 to the Canon C70. You can probably guess which is which but frankly I'm surprised how close they got
