Can you solve this puzzle?
Ever noticed that converting customers to sales is like doing a hard Sudoku puzzle? You know you have enough information to solve it and you’re using all of your old methods which have worked in the past but for some reason completion is out of reach.

The similarities in solving the Sudoku and closing a sale is in the “old methods”. In the past, before Google, the Salesman was the “star of the show” as the Salesman had all of the knowledge and customers listened. Now, because of Google, the Customer is the star of the show, as they have all of the knowledge. (All of the knowledge about their problem and the 15 different ways on how they could solve this problem.) Because of the shift in the sales arena moving control of the sale from the salesman (in the past) to the customer (now), learning to sell has now changed. Because the customer is now in control, features and benefits don’t work anymore, but the line, “I can help you with that” does.
