The Organic Waste Bin

In my apartment building, there are about 30 families. We have three large garbage bins: one for packaging, one for paper waste, and one for general household trash. There's also a small bin for organic waste. While the larger bins fill up quickly, the organic waste bin is almost always half-empty. Most of the space in it is taken up by things like wilted bouquets.

I guess many of my neighbors don’t cook very often. For me, though, every meal results in a full bowl of kitchen scraps (as shown in the first photo) – even from a simple dish like this vegetable spaghetti recipe: Chinese cabbage, carrots, onions, kohlrabi, and garlic. What about you? Do you also feed the organic bin regularly, or is it just me? 😄
