why cv axles are easier to brake, all the micro impacts on the joint surfaces as they rotate causing unwanted rear end noise and even steering vibrations. IRS just like the season, is not always a sooth ride... new or old, its the same thing all over again. ford 9'' full floater conversions "like a aam1150 but light weight and no cast iron center section" those are in limited tester runs from the looks of it? CV axle downside to a triangulated 5 link 9'' with the full floating axle tie off promoting wheel attachment security the cv axles and others don't have. as much as 300hp with a short gear, can torque most axles to the point they brake with near to no effort "plasticized deformation limits of parts not just a top end HP number, sustained operation limits".
