Hello hello, I hope you're all doing well, except those of you who like chocolate hummus 🤮. Salma and I have some news! We've had so many of you ask us which recipes are best for hosting and sharing, and so many people asking us to write a book.... so with Ramadan and spring right around the corner we thought it was the perfect time to write a guide on making and hosting the most incredible Middle Eastern dinners. This e-book is a curated collection of our childhood favourites, Ramadan classics, and menus that take the guess work out of planning.
