Happy Sunday morning everyone. I hope this post finds everyone doing well. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you that I have been very busy picking, prepping and putting collards in the freezer so they wouldn’t get damage by this Arctic freeze we are having. I tried to save as many as I could because you never know what those freezing temperatures will do to your crops. I wanted to save as many as I could because last year the freeze ruined them. I was able to get several bags put up and I’m thankful to God I was able to get what I did. Hopefully what was left out there will be okay. That was a lot of work which is why I haven’t put up any videos. I hope to get you guys a video for a real delicious pork roast recipe and a weekly meal. If you’re having cold weather I hope you are staying nice and warm, I will see yall in my next video! 🥰🙏🏽😇
