Katina and I had a fantastic time these past few days, visiting her mom in the Spokane, Washington area, celebrating the holidays and some birthdays too!! I'm also celebrating the end of my Fall 2023 semester of graduate school through Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I passed all 5 credit hours this past semester and now I have just 6 more credit hours to complete. Then I'll be finished up with my MS in Dietetics which will be a huge relief!! I'm taking 5 more credit hours next Spring 2024, starting in mid-January, and then I'll have just one more class to take at some point in the future. The bulk of my Master's Degree will be finished next May 2024, including all the required nutrition research classes. Thank you all for your support and I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and blessed rest of 2023!!
