Does outwardly calm, while feeling internally nervous count?

Oddly, I'm very calm and calculating in stressful situations, but get very nervous speaking to friends. Go figure.

Depends on the stressful situation. Strangely, I’ve found the more serious situation, the calmer I can keep myself to try and help those around me. Conversely, I CANNOT do even a little confrontation with a loved one who I get (quite literally) PHYSICALLY ill - fever, vomiting, shaking, etc.

I'm a two-face because it depends the type and amount of stress I'm dealing with. Thankfully my personality is "thinking" to a higher extent than the average ESTJ due to other aspects besides my MBTI (EX: Enneagram, Zodiac, etc.)

If I'm angry and stressed, then I'm calm. If I'm stressed but smiling, then I panic.
