An incredibly prompt retraction and mea culpa, if only other media outlets were as swift and honest. I have nothing but respect for you and your actions.

There will always be mistakes and bs when speaking to people, and that's fine. What isn't fine is a journalist not correcting themselves and the inaccuracies. Thank you for your integrity, sir.

Well done, Max. Good show of integrity. Putting into practice that mantra of being the change you want to see in the world.

Max, I admire you so much! Thank you for making this correction so promptly, it must be hard to admit to a mistake even when you made the video in good faith. Especially in front of so many subscribers! This is integrity - a rare commodity these days!

I am always impressed by your efforts. You have more journalistic integrity than most of the big MSM players. Keep up the good work.

Well done Max, I will add one comment. Up until January this year I had a motability vehicle. As I live way out in the sticks with lots of snow in winter it was a 4WD plug in hybrid. My "free" admittedly comfy motability car cost me £21.5K including the deposit & leasing. So now I don't have one any more, I simply can't afford it & drive a 20 year old X3 instead.

Shows how a Uturn or admitting errors is neither weak nor damaging. Everyone gets it wrong from time to time.. its how you deal with it that counts. FYI politicians... THIS is how you should

So good to see these kind of posts in the age of "the immigrants ate the dogs cuz someone said so" 👍

Everyone makes mistakes. Owning up to it and apologising will buy you feel more credibility that doubling down. Keep up the good work!

Well done . The best are those who recognise correct apologies for their mistakes .

It's Motability PLC, there is also Motability Charity Arm. They play each other off so no one can work who is doing what. Motability is a true rip off company with literally £Hundreds of Millions in the bank that it refuses to use for adaptation work, instead it supplies inferior vehicles. 98% of Motability vehicles are not adapted. 2% have significant adaptations. Those adapted vehicles are mostly never completed properly. Indeed, they are often delivered in a dangerous state unfit for purpose. Motability PLC does everything it can to hide from it's customers. Indeed, these days one is not even allowed to talk to them, you have to talk to a 3rd party operator. It's ludicrous. My latest vehicle, a large, heavily modified van, was delivered in a truly dangerous state. The adapted steering did not work correctly. I was told repeatedly I couldn't drive. Then they had to admit the system had been fitted incorrectly. Presently I am suing Motability in court. This is not unusual. Many people are in the same position as myself. Motability is an absolute disgrace.

Hey, you have 10x the accountability and fairness than most media sources.

Fair play to you for double checking your facts if only 90% of us media would do that the orange one wouldn't have been in power in the first place not to mind a second time

The BBC obviously have given up fact checking! Well done for the admission, means we can trust your content!

Maximilien Robespierre
Apologies.
Today I uploaded an interview with between the BBC's Stephen Nolan and an ex-police officer. The topic was the abuse of mobility cars for the elderly and the disabled.
I have been informed that this 'police man' is talking out of his backside and none of what he says is true. I have changed the status of the video to unlisted (for reference only).
I apologise as I had believed this interview was done in good faith and it was wrong of me to upload it.
I will check the facts next time on issues like this. Apologies again.
