Zoltan Kaszas

About to fly out to Texas, all four shows in Dallas and Ft Worth are sold out (thank you!) now please don’t buy tickets off of third party sites, they are scams that will steal your money and won’t get you into the show. If you didn’t get tickets I’ll catch you guys next time but in the mean time here’s some pics of the Emma and I in Ocean Beach yesterday. Look at that thrift store find, that band is ungoogleable

ZOLTAN!!! I have tickets for tonight’s late show but am so afraid I’m gonna miss it! My son and I are leaving Houston in the next ten minutes but if we hit ANY traffic, we won’t make the 9pm check in….anyway BIG FANS here and so happy to support you either way. If we don’t catch you this time, we will definitely catch you when you come back to Houston, DFW, or Austin! Have a great show tonight!! Love to you, the cats and Emma!!

ok Zoltan, I just HAVE to warn you, give you a heads up, as it were... If your show dates turn out to be the same nights the weather turns into an ice storm, well... that's gunna probably be a bummer for everyone... You may find the audience is a little bit on the slim side. And I'm not talking about their clothing sizes!! Pretty much the majority of people in Texas just stay home when there is ice on the road. Ya see, we Texans are hot weather people. In the Winter, when it gets really cold, we just kinda stare out the window at it. Then we spend the rest of the day INSIDE, ignoring the cold weather, as we patiently wait for it to go away. And pretty much that's the reason Texas has become infamous for not being able to handle the cold, wet weather conditions! And even though ice storms are kinda/sorta frequent during the Winter, some years we get ice, some years we don't. Some years we get MAYBE an inch of snow, which we actually LIKE very much! Because WHO doesn't love a Snow Day off from school & work!!! And many years we don't get anything soft, white, and fluffy falling from the sky! And that's mainly because whichever city gets snowed on - it shuts down the entire city – until the snow has melted! We're all hothouse flowers over here! Except for the people in the panhandle. THEY are a different breed ENTIRELY!! Hats off to them, REALLY! It snows up there EVERY SINGLE YEAR & so they're all used to. They're not ice wimps like the rest of us! They are very cold tolerant & tough that way! But really, the Texas panhandle is pretty much a whole other country... The bottom line is that all of us in the lower part of the state, South of the Rio Grand, well, most of us never really bother to learn how to drive in snow & ice properly! Which just means if YOU have to drive, or be driven anywhere, you're basically putting your life on the line! That's because those people who ARE out there trying to drive (emphasis on TRYING!!) At least 9 out of 10 people just don't have enough experience to get home, or to your show, SAFELY! Seriously, the only thing more dangerous than ice on our roads are the people behind the wheel thinking they DO know how to drive on that ice!! (Unless they are that one tough guy from the panhandle!) Plus – now there's all these newbies who have recently moved into Texas from Cali, or any other warm climate!! (Literally multiple millions of new people in the state, not even kidding, it's A LOT of newbies out on the roads these days!) So with all of us warm weather peeps all around – WHO KNOWS what can happen out there!! (It will probably be scary though!!) If you're going to be taking an Uber, or whatever, let's hope your driver just moved here from Minnesota, or North Dakota, or of coarse, the panhandle, or someplace equally cold like that!! And THAT'S why the majority of us usually just give up and stay home. It's just safer. Plus, we like living to see the next warm day! Besides, this being Texas, the fickle weather state, the ice will probably be gone by the next afternoon, so there's not really ANY time for "ice driving school" ! Meanwhile, you've got a show to do... I really hope the weather is kind to you for those nights!! Good Luck my friend! 🤞🤞🤞🤞
