I really don’t care that Spider-Man can rip his suit open, Tony could carpet bomb the whole fight arena.

“BuT If sPiDEr gOeS AlL OuT”. Yea sure if he goes all out against a Tony who’s only going avrg then sure spidy can can, but if your making spidy go all out so should Tony, n that’s just orbital bombardment against a guy who can’t fly (n can only web if there’s places to attach em to)

Current Tony has a suit that Captain Marvel can't break, Dr. Strange can't even scratch it with magic, and Spider-Man can't sense it. But "SpIdEr-MaN AlWaYs HoLdS BaCk" so he wins.

Tony's biggest flaw in a fight is that he always assumes he's so much smarter than his opponent that they can't possibly outsmart/outmaneuver him. Spider-Man regularly fights super geniuses that use fancy gear while just being a smart person behind it

The most powerful versions of Spider-Man and Iron Man are hard to compare directly because they both have had extremely powerful forms at different times, but here's how they stack up: ### Most Powerful Spider-Man: Cosmic Spider-Man (Captain Universe) Cosmic Spider-Man wields the power of the Enigma Force, giving him near-godlike abilities. This form grants him: - *Matter manipulation* - *Flight* - *Energy blasts* - *Super strength (far beyond his normal strength)* - *Invulnerability* - *Cosmic awareness* (giving him knowledge of universal events) Cosmic Spider-Man is capable of defeating almost any foe because his powers transcend physical limitations, and he can even manipulate reality on a smaller scale. ### Most Powerful Iron Man: Godbuster Armor The most powerful version of Iron Man is his **Godbuster Armor**, which Tony Stark created in virtual reality but was able to manifest in the real world. This armor allows him to: - *Control reality and energy at a cosmic level* - *Hack into any technology or artificial intelligence* - *Fire energy blasts that could destroy gods or cosmic beings* - *Near-infinite power supply* - *Extreme durability* and high levels of self-repair ### Who Would Win? Both characters in their most powerful forms wield cosmic-level abilities, making this a battle on a massive scale. However, the *Godbuster Armor* might have an edge due to its ability to manipulate energy and control technology, potentially allowing Iron Man to shut down or counter Cosmic Spider-Man's powers. That being said, *Cosmic Spider-Man's raw power and cosmic awareness* could allow him to adapt and find a weakness in the Godbuster Armor. It would be an extremely close fight, but Cosmic Spider-Man may have a slight advantage due to the vast range of his powers and his versatility in manipulating reality itself, though it depends on how Iron Man approaches the battle.

I love Spider-man. Really. Bit come on... Iron man would completelly dismember him. And a little update, specific to spider-man's abilities, would make it easy for Stark.

So, a billionaire guy with a machine army, alien and bio tech at his disposal who can fly to outer space against a poor guy that climbs walls. Wow guys, this one's really hard. You are all soooo smart...

They fought a few times. Spidey won most, one while he wasn't even in costume.

Spider-Man is slightly and only slightly punching a little out of his range here. He can totally bang around Iron-Man but it's only a matter of time before he gets taken down. Spider-Man has taken out powersuit opponents before: but Iron Man is the number one powersuit guy. So...
