Shamu should at least have choices. Here's a couple easy, but delicious meals, along with a tasty dessert: 1) Duck confit with crispy potatoes and bitter leafy salad. 2) Moroccan quail with rose-petal sauce and cucumber relish. 3) Dessert: White chocolate cream and strawberry mille-feuille.
