Question? If I'm Seasoning your new carbon steel wok after baking it at 400 degrees for 1 hour then I use flaxseed oil do I keep the oven at 400 degrees or do I drop it down to 225 to 230 degrees to bake and season.

I made this dish a few days ago! It was delicious!! I don't have a wok yet, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference, but once I get one, I'll cook these dishes in them. Thank you for showing us these recipes!! Also I subed egg noodles for wheat noodles. πŸ‘πŸΎβ€ so goo

I just got my Souped up Recipes wok from Amazon. Seasoned it and made your 麻婆豆腐 as a gift for my Chinese Teacher. She is from Sichuan and she said it was the most authentic Mapo Tofu she has eaten in a very long time! Thank you so much for the Videos. I can wait to try more and more

I want to cook tu do nu ru mi fan. with some tang. they add some bell pepper and tomato in tu do nu ru mi fan as well. i have tried to recreate it in my hostel but i fail to make tha curry portion of the tu do nu ru
