Thanks for the update John! And my fiancee and I used your sourdough Starter video to fill our time (our state is on Quarantine) and we have had great success! We've been passing the days making sourdough pancakes and sourdough bread! It's been amazing!

Does anyone else read this and hear John's lovely north country accent? John, what was wrong with the lovely stove you used to have that you needed to replace it? The old one looked brand new and a great piece of kit. I am still looking for bread flour here in Canada. Going shopping tomorrow.
