Our little Prep Center(Network Prep) ‘side hustle’ started scaling much quicker than we anticipated and is now turning into a full time operation which we’ve fallen in love with 🙌🏼 Of course while still scaling our own FBA/YouTube business.
We dialed back a LOT of the small time wasting things we’ve been doing for years and made the decision simply FOCUS on scaling what we have the most potential with and have become damn good at.
Trying to juggle so many things at once will only lead to slow growth and stress, at least that’s what happened to us for the last several years. Focus your time/energy on mastering 1 thing, build systems around that, outsource what you can, then build the next.
For those that have supported our journey since doing videos and FBA out of our small garage, Thank You! I started this group in December 2015 as a means for new sellers to come get support, learn and grow together. We took many months off from everything including YouTube to focus on building a stronger foundation in our actual business. My goal is to get back to the roots of why this channel was created and be engaged with our own Community again.
