The answer is in official YouTube Blog: youtube-creators.googleblog.com/2017/11/expanding-…. In short: "Your most engaged viewers can now see Community posts in the Home feed, whether they’re subscribed to your channel or not. We’ve also optimized our notifications so that your fans are eligible to receive them, but they won’t necessarily get a new notification for every new Community post". So to all those people complaining about this thing: address these complains to YouTube! I'm doing nothing to promote or advertise these posts in any way. If you see this post, that means that you watched some of my videos wheither you noticed they were made by me or not...
