Just a thought ... i see your store is selling out SUPER fast every time you restock. So not sure a 10% discount would make sense if ppl donāt really have a chance to buy.

i mean personally, whenever I wanted to buy something from your shop it was always super hard since it becomes sold out quickly. so if you let your top tier get access to your shop, it might be impossible for others to get even a chance to buy anything. so I'm not too sure about giving that priority to them for that, but maybe instead, you could design some merch (t shirt/sweater) or give them a personal cute card for their birthday!

I think you would have to consider that the live streams might be in a different time zone, so that there might have to be a feature to ask questions in advance and watch the stream laterš
