My yoga journey began in 2001 with a guided Hatha class on Koh Samui and I loved it. Back home in Vienna, I began to practise Ashtanga, then Bikram Yoga and once I moved to Australia also Anusara Yoga. After many workshops with amazing teachers such Jonas Westring, Noah Maze and Sadie Nardini, I completed my 200 RYT Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 in Australia.
Today, my style of teaching is a blend of classic Hatha, some Yin Yoga and slow Vinyasa Flows with aspects of Pilates as well as beginner friendly Animal Moves for a well rounded combination of strength, mobility, mindfulness and relaxation.
I also love freediving and have been teaching since 2012. I find that Yoga and especially Pranayama breathing techniques as well as meditations are not only beneficial for every day life but also amazing tools to compliment freedive training.
