The Celia Bryce Band showcases Celia’s song-writing &; singing. Formed from the Katy
Freeway, it now only plays original material from Celia’s 3 albums.

Celia, fronting the band, is an award-winning author, playwright & singer-songwriter. The
band has 2 formats - full featuring a rocking rhythm section, James on electric guitar and Lee
on keyboards as well as great harmonies. In the 4-piece acoustic version Eddie switches
from drums to cajon, Colin on bass and acoustic guitar whilst electric guitar & keyboard
drop out to be replaced by Mike on fiddle & bass.

Celia’s songs, some co-written with Colin & Tony Schofield have been short-listed for various
awards in both country & folk arenas and even ‘Socialist Anthem of the Year”. Her recent
album, recorded during Covid features stellar Nashville musicians including Grammy-award
winning drummer Lynn Williams, multi-instrumentalist Justin Moses [nominated for
Musician of the Year by the AMA], and guitarist extraordinaire Thomm Jutz.
