I have a science degree in psychology and I was coaching or 3 years. I tried to do a PhD but my brain totally rebelled against it (indeed, after a total of 10 years, it felt enough). I succeeded at writing a book! And I'm making videos that aim to be relatable and helpful for people who are dealing with ADHD/Childhood Trauma/are interested in their mental well-being 💜
✨ Currently, I'm not coaching, but I created a course where I ask you the questions I'd ask during coaching. I tried to replace myself :)
