A warm welcome to my channel! I'm Carina Teixeira (Carina T), a Pop-Rock/Alternative Portuguese, London-based singer-songwriter. My songs and videos are informed by my career in the mental health field. I have a PhD in Psychology and I am currently a Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London.
