Hola, bienvenidos a este espacio de Cocina Saludable, yo soy Addy; Mexicana de corazón y orgullasamente Yucateca.
Mi amor por la cocina fue a primera vista allá por 1992 cuando el azar me llevo a administrar un Restaurante vegetariano y quede prendada de los aromas, texturas, formas y delicias que ahí se preparaban con el plus, de que mi salud mejoró considerablemente. Desde entonces no he dejado de cocinar y crear platillos saludables usando técnicas amigables con la salud y al tiempo, me especialicé en cocina vegana, vegetariana y cocina apta para personas con Diabetes, Hipertensión, Hígado graso y otros padecimientos de salud donde la alimentación saludable es fundamental.
Comer es un placer y la Cocina Saludable no es para nada aburrida, en este espacio les muestro como comer rico y sano es posible.
