Please use this site as an aid to your Karate. The purpose of this YouTube page is not to be better than anybody else, but to be a training aid for the SSK members and secondly you, the loyal supporters and subscribers.
This site will include folders covering all aspects of Shotokan Karate from Kihon, Kata and Kumite to Kobudo and other criteria that has been adapted from other Martial Arts to develop and acquire essential skills needed in today's every changing environment and sports.

Please reframe from posting negative comments, as you don't know what circumstances and backgrounds SSK students have come from and how hard they have had to work, to get to where they are now and negative comments can cause emotional harm.
