Iām so sad about Ratan Tata today. A humble lovely human from my Parsi community. Was so grateful and blessed to see him and get a pic a couple of months ago at the Parsi fire temple in Bandra.
Remembering the legend and feeling grateful to have crossed paths with him
Will miss our temple meet ups.
May his soul rest in peace. He will go to heaven!!!

I visited the largest Uniqlo store in the world, Tokyo, Japan. It is Uniqloās flagship store, situated in the upscale shopping district of Ginza. The 12-story building with a floor area of approximately 53,000 square meters (570,487 square feet) features several special sections, such as a unique shopping experience with innovative and interactive features like touchscreens, digital displays, and fitting rooms with augmented reality technology. It is not only a shopping spot but also a tourist attraction.
You can watch my entire experience inside the store and the reason I have this plastic bag on my face in my recent Japan Vlog. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecZNf...
Do you agree? This is a quote from my book - āAll he left me was a recipeā when her boyfriend asks her to leave her career for him.
Itās available on Amazon and out in book stores all over the country now, please get a copy and leave me a review ā¤ļø #allheleftmewasarecipe#allheleftme
Mumbaiās turned into a construction circus. NOT just the metro but over 11,000 private building construction sites. This construction spree isnāt just about cranes and steel; itās painting the town in a nasty haze, thanks to its not-so-eco-friendly impact. Debris trucks now rule the streets in Bandra, Khar, and Santacruz ā welcome to the chaos of redevelopment.
How did this happen? Project Approvals in Overdrive: ā 1000 projects approved just for the Bandra-Andheri belt.
Why are people okay w this?? A pumped-up Floor Space Index (FSI), and a housing market on steroids ā people getting one more room in their apartments - if itās a 2 bed, you can get a 3 bed. The builders put the people in an another building for a few years while they āre developā. Buildings that donāt even need re development are getting re developed because everyone wants more room which means the cost of the flat goes up which means more money. As a result even RENTS HAVE DOUBLED. RENT IN BANDRA FOR A 2 BED WHICH WAS 1 LAKH A MONTH IS NOW 2 LAKH A MONTH!
BMCās approval stamp on 2,473 projects in 2021 was like hitting a jackpot ā a cool Rs 15,000 crore in their pockets (not yours).
Breathless Beauty Makeover: Forget facelifts; Mumbaiās doing a complete overhaul. Old buildings vanish, replaced by skyscrapers, leaving the city breathless for more reasons than one. And forget about HERITAGE BUILDINGS - THEY ARE BULL DOZING EVRYTHING NOBODY CARING ABOUT HERITAGE ANYMORE. ITS SAD TO SEE THIS GREED.
Pollution levels hit the roof, and Mumbaiās paying the price for āprogressā. BUT IS THIS PROGRESS??? CONSTRUCTION, POLLUTION, TRAFFIC, HONKING! IS THIS THE LIFE YOU IMAGINED FOR YOURSELF? CAN YOU HEAR A BIRD OR JUST ANOTHER IMPATIENT PERSON HONKING IN YOUR EAR WHILE YOU BREATHE SOME MORE DUST??
So, whatās your choice? Ask your friends and family and see what they say ;)
But breathing in this clean air is a luxury. My lungs š« are thanking me for being in Munich ā¤ļø now, we Indians will look for Clean Air as our top priority when we are on holiday.
If you like the red and yellow colours of autumn š and donāt mind the cold; put Munich on your list for Christmas! Their Christmas markets are outstanding too. And if youāre a fan of šŗ then, this is the place. AQI is 6.
Plus itās a direct flight from all the major cities in India š®š³ including Bangalore which was just added to the list. #munich#cleanair#munichgermany
